Also your address and telephone number will never be passed on or used for any purpose other than by us relating to any orders or enquires you have made at this web-site.
Post and Packing:
Your new jewellery will be packaged to you in a gift box or in a pouch and then wrapped in a padded envelope for posting by via Royal Mail First Class if you are in the U.K .
Despatch: The unique jewellery items sold by Retro Jewellery are hand made to order in small quantities so Jewellery will normally be despatched within 5 working days of clearance of payment.If there is a delay for some reason, we will try contact you via e-mail.
Faulty Items:
If you have received a faulty or incorrect piece of jewellery, please accept our apologies and e-mail returns@retro-jewellery.co.uk to advise the problem so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
Returns Address:
If you need to make a return for refund or replacement please mail your item to the following address with a note of your order number and any problem you may have.
No callers as Retro Jewellery does not have a bricks and mortar shop. We only sell jewellery via the internet, although you are welcome to order something to have a look at and return for refund if you are not happy.
Your Right To Cancel:
You can have your jewellery delivered and examine it in your home for up to 7 days. If you decide you are unhappy and wish to cancel your order within this time please advise via e-mail or return your item with a note of your order number and details of any problem you may have,
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition, unless a fault has developed during wear, and be returned by Recorded Delivery at the Buyers expense.

Care of Costume Jewellery: Please do not wear your costume jewellery to go swimming or in the shower as this can discolour it.

7th March Update
Despite the shop being closed while I was away as hospital, it has been very busy. Orders already placed will be dispatched in the next few days as I catch up.
